Office Space for Hire

Space is available in open plan or small offices at £25 per square foot per year including service charge (building maintenance, heating, water and so on).

Our buildings are two minutes from the tube, one stop on the Central Line from Liverpool Street station and 15 minutes from Oxford Circus. We are opposite the well maintained Museum Gardens.

The space is complemented by access to additional meeting and seminar rooms (including the splendid Michael Young Room which opens onto a charming walled garden, boasts state-of-the-art audio visual facilities, and can hold up to 60 people for private meetings, seminars and informal receptions).

Our lovingly restored Queen Anne house and it's extension are home to a small community of research, social action and social enterprise organisations, working on social policy, democracy, citizen participation and the general promotion of innovative thought to meet social need. To find out more about our current community of organisations look in the Tenants section.

We are particularly interested in accommodating charities and other kinds of social-purpose organisations, though we are open to other organisations (and to individuals) too. We want to fill our home with those who will enjoy the stimulation, collaborative working and sharing of ideas that can arise from being close to other like minded organisations. Unfortunately our building is not suitable for organisations who deliver services directly from their offices. This is because, given the intricate layout of our seventeenth century building, open access is not possible for large numbers of visitors.
