Escape from the Titanic

A new paper released today by the Young Foundation launches the Innovation, Justice and Youth programme which looks at the critical role innovation can play in dramatically reducing offending among young people in Britain.

“Escape from the Titanic” presents a strong argument for systematic innovation in the criminal justice system and explores how such an approach could secure a ‘justice dividend’ for local communities in the form of lower crime and less spending.
