Monica Doherty

Monica is the Receptionist for the Young Foundation, and the other organisations based here, she joined the Young Foundation  in  April 2006.

Monica is the first point of contact for all callers and visitors and is responsible for the daily running of reception and managing external and internal meetings for our meeting rooms. Due to the nature of this role no two days are ever the same – whether it be welcoming ministers or organising couriers.

Before joining the Young Foundation Monica worked mainly in the private sector for various companies including a law firm, a training company, a well-known trade publication and a riverboat company. As she was brought up and still lives in Bethnal Green she is the person to ask about the local area whether it be just for directions or where to go for the best fry-up!
