Kippy Joseph

Kippy JosephKippy is a Senior Adviser in Launchpad and joined the Young Foundation in 2005.

She is responsible for the development and advancement of projects in different fields. Kippy provides leadership and direction for Launchpad’s portfolio of projects. As well as project managing individual projects, she works closely with partners in other sectors to promote the Launchpad agenda. Kippy has been involved in anti-poverty, diversity and education work in both the US and the UK. In New York City, she headed a several youth programmes in partnership with under-served local communities and state schools. In London, she worked with a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing consultation and training on organizational and staff development.

Kippy holds Masters degrees in Social Organisational Psychology from Columbia University and in Systemic Management and Consultation from the University of London. She earned her BA in Public Policy and Education at Brown University.
