Andrew Brough

Andrew is the Launchpad Head of Fund Development and joined the Young Foundation in 2007.

He is responsible for business and fund development as well as providing commercial and entrepreneurial expertise to new ventures across Launchpad in areas such as Education, Health, the Hard to Employ and Climate Change.

Andrew has worked with corporate, government, start-up and academic organisations including Accenture, BBC, Lodestone Innovation Partners and UCL providing strategy, innovation, technology, new venture and operational expertise. He has also worked in early stage venture capital and in various roles supported the development of over 20 start-ups around Europe. Andrew holds a Masters degree in Space Science and Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
